313's Heroes and Goats

From the Michigan State vs. Connecticut game

The Hero: Morgan. After having only three double-figure games since mid-January and none over 13 points, the junior finished with 18 points, nine rebounds and five steals. He was aggressive in the paint even with his broken nose and showed no signs of the sluggishness that befell him for weeks.
The Goats: UConn guards. A.J. Price shot 5-for-20, Craig Austrie scored only six points, and Kemba Walker was 1-for-5 with four turnovers and four fouls.

From the Villanova vs. North Carolina game

The Hero: Danny Green. North Carolina sent three three-point daggers through Villanova in the second half. Each time it looked like Wildcats might mount a comeback, Green drained a triple, letting the wind out of the Wildcats' sails. Green finished with 12 points, all on three-pointers.
The Goat: Scottie Reynolds. The savior of the Wildcats' wild regional championship victory over Pitt with his mad dash to the basket in the final seconds couldn't get anything to drop for him Saturday. He only made 3-of-11 three-point attempts.
