"Chuck" The spies regroup upon discovering that a villainous operative was responsible for the death of Shaw's wife. They spring into action to find the evildoer---but Chuck worries about Shaw's psychological state. Meanwhile, Morgan mulls over leaving Buy More. Brandon Routh recurs as Shaw. Monday at 8 on NBC.

"Christian Siriano: Having a Moment" A profile of fashion designer and former "Project Runway" contestant Christian Siriano. Included: Siriano preps for a runway show; oversees his line; and interacts with celebs, such as Mena Suvari, Katrina Bowden and Tori Spelling. Monday at 10 on Bravo.

"Lost" Desmond (Henry Ian Cusick) awakens and discovers that he's on the island. Charlie: Dominic Monaghan. Daniel Faraday: Jeremy Davies. Eloise Hawking: Fionnula Flanagan. Tuesday at 9 on ABC.

"The Good Wife" Alicia and Will defend a college student accused of killing her roommate while under the influence of a sleep aid. The two also deal with the mounting sexual tension between them. Meanwhile, Diane continues her flirtatious relationship with a conservative ballistics expert. Tuesday at 10 on CBS.

"Criminal Minds" The Hotch and the team investigate the murders of homeless men in San Francisco, and they work with a separate BAU group handling a case that may be connected to the deaths. Forest Whitaker guest stars. Wednesday at 9 on CBS.

"Top Chef Masters" Things get steamy in the Season 2 opener when competing pro chefs Ana Sortun, Govind Armstrong, Jerry Traunfeld, Jimmy Bradley, Susan Feniger and Tony Mantuano create aphrodisiacal dinners for romantic first dates. Gail Simmons joins the judges' table for Season 2. Wednesday at 11 on Bravo.

"Bones" Brennan and Booth recall their first case together six years ago, when FBI agent Booth recruited Brennan's team of scientists, whose uncanny instincts and investigative work supported his suspicions about an influential judge. Zack: Eric Millegan. Thursday at 8 on Fox.

"Real Housewives of New York City" Bethenny and Ramona have a venomous argument while walking across the Brooklyn Bridge. Things don't get any better for Bethenny, who then learns about a family illness. Meanwhile, Kelly snaps photos of random Manhattan denizens for an article; and Alex continues to piece together a fashion-weekend event. Thursday at 10 on Bravo.

"Miami Medical" Several people are shot by a gunman at a hotel's outdoor restaurant, including an asthmatic woman who works as a waitress there. Her medical condition complicates her surgery when it's discovered her asthma is caused by a tumor. Friday at 10 on CBS.

"Friday Night Alright" Adam Lambert performs an acoustic set. Friday at 11 on VH1.

"Mega Piranha" Giant mutant piranha escape from the Amazon and head for Florida. Saturday at 9 on Syfy.

"Victorious" Tori works hard on preparing a monologue for her drama class. Elsewhere, André and Robbie enroll in a ballet class to meet girls, but their plan backfires. Sunday at 8 on Nickelodeon.

"Treme" In the premiere of a drama that unfolds in New Orleans three months after Hurricane Katrina, residents and musicians, including a hard-luck trombonist (Wendell Pierce), revel in their first neighborhood parade since the storm. Meanwhile, a college professor (John Goodman) fumes at the government's role in the disaster; a chef (Kim Dickens) tries to keep her restaurant up and running; and a bar owner (Khandi Alexander) worries about her missing brother. Sunday at 10 on HBO.
