Good-bye "Law & Order"

A show that is almost as old as I am, "Law & Order" will be ending on May 24 after 20 amazing seasons. That iconic "chung-chung" sound isn't just for drinking games. It's TV history. I gotta say that Dick Wolf created one of the best shows in history when he developed this. And what about the cast? Thank you for all the memories, George Dzundza, Chris Noth, Dann Florek, Michael Moriarty, Richard Brooks, Steven Hill, Paul Sorvino, Jerry Orbach, Carolyn McCormick, S. Epatha Merkerson, Jill Hennessy, Sam Waterston, Benjamin Bratt, Carey Lowell, Angie Harmon, Jesse L. Martin, Diane Wiest, Elisabeth Rohm, Fred Dalton Thompson, Dennis Farina, Annie Parisse, Michael Imperioli, Milena Govich, Alana de la Graza, Jeremy Sisto, Linus Roache, and Anthony Anderson. Plus, it was just a part of New York culture as it was TV culture. Based there, shot there, employed people from there, brought the tourists there, and brought the money there. From the run down days of the early ninties to Guillani's revival to 9/11 and the united we stand mentality they developed afterwards, this show was all about New York. Farwell, "Law & Order."
