"Top Design" The final designers hone in on the grand prize in the conclusion of the Season 2 finale. In the crowning challenge, they must decorate a house from top to bottom, after which the winner is revealed. Prizes include $100,000. Wednesday at 10 on Bravo.

"Smallville" The Arctic crystal is anonymously delivered to Clark, and it sends him and Lois to the Phantom Zone, where they run into Kara. She returns Lois to Earth, but inadvertently releases Zod's wife, who takes over Lois' body and wreaks havoc on Metropolis. Thursday at 8 on The CW.

"30 Rock" When Liz is assigned a seat next to Oprah Winfrey (playing herself) on an airplane, she hounds the sage talk-show host for personal advice. Meanwhile, a feuding Tracy and Jenna switch roles to determine whose life is harder; and Jack's value system is tested by Kenneth and an Olympics debacle. Thursday at 9:31 on NBC.

"ER" With Pratt gone, Morris takes on the role of mentor to Chaz, but Banfield disapproves of the complicated medical procedures he's teaching him. Meanwhile, Neela feels disrespected by Banfield when dealing with her intern. Courtney B. Vance guest stars. Thursday at 10 on NBC.

Her ruse falls apart, however, when her fiancé becomes suspicious and her old boss (Greg Evigan) finds her. Vincent Gale; Patrick Currie; Tom Heaton. Saturday at 9 on Hallmark.

"Taxicab Confessions: New York, New York" In New York City, unsuspecting passengers reveal intimate details of their lives to their drivers. Included: two Irishmen recall the blackout of 2003; a man explains his sexual fetish; a middle-aged couple reminisce about dating rituals; a woman mourns a lost relationship with a firefighter. Saturday at 11 on HBO.

"Hannah Montana" Miley fails her driver's license test, but then returns as Hannah Montana to get a starstruck clerk to give Miley another chance. Back at home, Rico becomes an unwelcome houseguest of the Stewarts'. Sunday at 8 on Disney.

"True Blood" Sam tells Sookie a secret when he's caught in a difficult position; Jason and Amy plot their next move with Eddie; Arlene and Rene have their engagement party at Merlotte's; and Bill goes on trial for his recent offense. Sunday at 9 on HBO.
