The Hero: Marcus Thames. The leftfielder launched two balls into the leftfield seats -- including one that hit the foul pole -- to drove in three runs for the Tigers.
The Goat: Jorge de la Rosa. The Royals left-hander barely survived the first, allowing four hits, a walk and four runs in his first start since July 31.

From the Lions vs. Eagles game

The Hero: Donovan McNabb. He led that Eagles juggernaut with an almost flawless first half. Except for that one incompletion ...
The Goats: Lions defense. It put up the least resistance in Philly since that side of beef took on Rocky. Tackle somebody.
