Sorry I haven't posted in a while, gang. But I can't close out 2007 unless I give you my favorite songs from the past year. So, here we go. Well, can't win them all.

Livonia Stevenson, my alma mater, had one hell of a year in football. They played strong all season. But it was that last game with Macomb Dakota that ruined the title hopes of the Spartans, 49-21. It wasn't that the Spartans sucked. It was that Macomb Dakota was as good as advertised. I wish the Spartans pulled off the upset, but I knew that was a long shot. But still, they played well every game and looked almost unstoppable (of course, Macomb Dakota WAS unstoppable). I feel very proud to be a graduate of Livonia Stevenson more than ever following this fantastic run. Hold your heads high, Spartans. You're chmapions in my book.

The Lions looked horrible on Thanksgiving. Not only did the Packers beat the Lions, they absolutely horrendous. Did they even so up? I think that's all I really need to say. DAMN YOU, BRETT FAVRE! DAMN YOU!

Survivor Series results

Could I have asked for a better Survivor Series? Yes, I could have, but this will have to suffice. I went a phenominal 6-1 for Survivor Series here. Thank you Randy Orton; Batista; Jeff Hardy, Kane, Rey Mysterio & Triple H (the fact Matt Hardy couldn't compete didn't change my opinion of this match); CM Punk; Lance Cade & Trevor Murdoch; and The Great Khali for picking up the victories for me. As for Beth Phoenix, Jillian, Layla, Melina & Victoria, as punishment for ruining my undefeated hopes, I will not be sleeping with you. My record after Survivor Series is a very powerful 128-97. Take that, snitches!

They still can't win in the desert

Once more, the Lions lose in Arizona to the Cardinals. It's really nothing new, but I hope it's not the start of something new. By that, I mean I hope it's not the beginning of a Lions downward spiral. Playing the Packers next on Thanksgiving, a losing streak is something they do not need.

Sorry, I'm late. Now where was I? Well, I'm glad I missed the Ohio State vs. Michigan. It was ugly. I just wish that Lloyd Carr could have gone out on a higher note. And as for Michigan State defeating Penn State was good to see. I mean, this is my sister's school we're talking about now. So I'm glad they finally reached a bowl game.
