313's Heroes and Goats

From the Northwestern vs. Michigan game

The Hero: C.J. Bacher. The Northwestern quarterback didn't put up great numbers (17-for-29, 2 TDs, 2 INTs), but in horrible conditions, he kept the Wildcats moving most of the time. He made a few plays with his legs, too.
The Goats: The officials. Michigan appeared to tie the game in the fourth quarter on a 59-yard interception return for a touchdown by Donovan Warren, but an official ruled that Warren stepped out of bounds on the Northwestern 41. Replays seems to indicate that Warren stayed inbounds. Because the play had been whistled dead, Michigan could not challenge it.
